HOME INSURANCE - BUILDINGS INSURANCE

We will source your buildings insurance to cover your home against all the major risks such as fire, storm, flood and subsidence. It also covers other causes of damage from theft or vandalism and damage to your property caused by vehicle collision.

Building insurance covers not only the main building and its outbuildings, but also things such as walls, paths, pipes and fixtures such as the bathroom suite and fitted kitchens.

The policy provides cover up to a limit of £500,000 to repair or rebuild the property in the event of a claim.

Our multi-property facility for landlords is underwritten by Norwich Union and is available to any landlords with a minimum of three or more residential properties. Substantial savings are available subject to 50% of all properties being tenanted by professional and/or students.
